Before TREATMENT PREPARATION Instructions
Don’t use topical products such as retinol, Retin-A, retinoids, and glycolic acid for at least two days before the procedure.
Some temporary swelling, sensitivity and bruising are common side effects from our minimally invasive cosmetic treatments. To minimize these side effects, it is important to follow our pre-treatment instructions to minimize bruising.
Please note: We kindly ask 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or change an appointment.

48 Hours Before Procedure:
DO Take ARNICA TABLETS 👍
DON'T take ANTI-INFLAMMATORY drugs, NO ASPIRIN or NSAIDs, NO ALCOHOL, NO FISH OIL, NO GREEN TEA, NO GINGKO, NO GINSENG.👎
DO purchase EMLA NUMBING CREAM and APPLY 30 MINUTES BEFORE TREATMENT. 👍
DO purchase ARNICA GEL for POST-TREATMENT. 👍

AFTER TREATMENT - General Patient Instructions*

1. DON'T lay down or exercisie for 4 hours after treatment. 👎
2. DO apply arnica gel several times a day to help heal any bruising. Arnica gel is available at most pharmacies and can be purchased in our clinic. 👍
3. DO call our medical clinic with any concerns. 👍
